Argentina

Jorge Luis Borges described Argetines as Italians who speak Spanish, dress French, have the egos of Americans, but who secretly want to be British.

Argentina is a land of social contrast and natural wonders; We are constituted by several different backgrounds and cultures, which results in the current Argentine profile: a unique personality in today’s world. 

Because our history contains so much hardship – wars, crisis, terrorism, poverty – we value:

  • Hard work and perseverance, but also value friendship, chilling out and having a good time with whoever is around. 
  • Talent and success, but also empathize with those in need and in disfavored conditions
  • Individual freedom, but also feel like part of a bigger team who we need to support

Buenos Aires

We are called ¨porteños¨ because the port of Buenos Aires is the main reason this city even exists. 

Porteños are almost impossible to describe: like Robert Deniro stated, we can be the sweetest, most generous people, or the most selfish and self-centered bastards. Our local culture – accent, sports, food and drinks, nightlife – is quite unique and attractive to outsiders. Some local bands and artists have become icons in pop culture. Some sports players and teams have become world champions. Some social customs and events have become world renowned.

  • Mission – To build a universal culture of love, harmony and respect that values our exquisite uniqueness
  • Message – We are scattered seeds from the same tree. Because we are diverse, embracing our differences will make us one again
How do we set the context for self-management?
  • We use an operating system called Holacracy, which we have ratified as our rulebook in 2019.
  • We organize ourselves in roles who have the authority to make decisions, and take on initiatives.
  • We trust each other´s judgment and ability to sense and process their tensions.
  • We support each other and consciously decide to be a part of this tribe.
  • We keep a flexible structure that can easily adapt to new necessities.
